Description | The article is dedicated to the possibility of an employer to give a notice of termination of an employment relationship with an employee for breach of obligation of temporarily unfit for work person in an especially gross matter. It analyses the conditions of compliance with this reason of notice of termination and its application in practice. In addition, the attention is paid to the decision of the Constitutional Court concerning the abolition of related sections of the Labour Code and the Act on Employment. |
