| Description | The chapter deals with the various types of proceedings before the constitutional courts that existed on the territory of the contemporary Czech Republic. The review of legal norms represents the core feature of the constitutional justice that might be attached by other different competences. The author evaluates the procedural regulation valid in individual historical periods (Austria-Hungaria, interwar and socialist Czechoslovakia, Czechoslovakian federation and the independent Czech Republic). |
