| Description | In the first part of this paper, using the analyses method, the author outlined the Beständingeigentumrechtstheorie, Absprungtheorie and Aufsprungtheorie, while focusing mainly on the features of Beständingeigentumrechtstheorie. In the second part, the author considered the mutual penetration of the three theories concluding that their relationship may be solved by applying a so-called v. Beständingeigentumrechtstheorie formula. |
