| Description | The new Offence law has changed within its territorial jurisdiction. The article will focus on this issue, especially in relation to offenses committed abroad by Czech citizens, foreigners and stateless persons. The aim will be to compare the effectiveness of the new legislation and to evaluate the current changes, or to draw attention to the problems that the new legislation in relation to the territorial jurisdiction of the law carries. Part of the article will be an assessment of status and definition of a stateless person and of a foreigner under the new law. The basic question of the article will be, under what conditions may these persons be affected for the offenses commiteed abroad and how these conditions have changed by the acceptance of new legislation. |
