Description | This article focuses on the topic of ECHR’s requirements on wiretapping in terrorism related cases. First, it describes the international regulation both on wiretapping and on fighting terrorism to show a certain tension, then it presents currently applicable case law of the ECHR on wiretapping in general and particularly in terrorism cases and analyses its outcomes. |
