| Description | At present,extensive mapping of orthopterans throughout the whole of the Czech Republic is being carried out, which will lead to the publication of a distribution atlas. Mapping, i.e. field research, is realized as annual organized events of orthopterists targeted on systematic mapping of compact areas. The unit used is a standardized square of the grid mapping, in which the habitat-based diversifed pre-selected 4-5 localities per square are mapped once a year. |
