| Description | The right to a fair trial is constitutionally associated with the right to justice. Independent and impartial courts have the obligation to ensure justice in their decisions-making. Justice in law can be articulated into two themes: justice of law and legal justice. Legal justice is primarily associated with judicial decisions. Judicial law-making contributes to achieving the legal justice of the individual case. |
