| Description | This paper focuses on one of the basic principles of acticvities of administrative bodies that has also a constitutional feature, which is the principle of legitimate expectation. Administrative bodies are binding by this principle that is contained (namely) in sec. 2 par. 4 Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Code of Administrative Procedure. Contribution deals with the administrative courts rulings that are related to the mentioned principle. |
