| Description | Supreme Court issued the ruling under file no. 29 Cdo 3059/2011 where stated that the right to participate on the distribution of the profit is one of the essence rights of the shareholder that can be dismissed only within the important reasons. The following rulings continued and established the duty to distribute the profit. This presentation will reflect the changes from the recodification regarding the duty to distribute the profit. |
