| Description | The technical solution describes a device for creating a dielectric barrier discharge for industrial applications where volume dielectric barrier discharge type is most commonly used. The proposed solution utilizes the placement of the discharge electrode over the rotating cylinder, which is covered with a low-cost dielectric layer with good adhesion to the treated materials. |
