| Description | This article is devoted to the latest amendment of the Building Act, which was approved in June 2017 and significantly influences the processes of building permitting. It focuses on selected institutes of the amendment of the Building Act related to the authorization of water works. Individual institutes are briefly characterized, and their potential contribution to the process of permitting structures of water works is described. In particular, the paper focuses on the issue of the bodies concerned, their newly established obligations, and on the possibility of reviewing binding opinions. |
