| Description | The conference presentation is dealing with performativity in law from the broader sociological and theatrological point of view. It aim to prove, that court trial is based on performativity, and that proceeding of trial is similiar in its origin and meffect to ritual - and thus same methodology could be used. In analysis of trial in modern democratic state (Czech republic) and totalitarian regime (Czechoslovakia in 50ties) I demonstrace, that performativity is inheret part of trial and how it functions. |
