| Description | The article deals with the possibility of using of intelligence interception as an evidence in criminal proceeding. The author deals with the problem of the relation of "intelligence" and „law enforcement“ and defines institutional teleology as a distinguishing criterion. He also discusses arguments in favour of the use of intelligence interception and the limitations and risks associated with it. |
