| Description | Transformation of the intelligence services was particularly closely and sensitively monitored after 1989. This is an example of discontinuity legislation specific field (s) in which there has been a fundamental change, which can be characterized as a way of non-regulation to regulation, and in which he was in a historically short period attempted application of the fundamental principles of the rule of law. The paper is devoted to the transition period, during which was adopted first ever statutory regulation of the status and activities of the intelligence services in our country, which was completed in 1994, the approval of a relatively complex legislation that enshrines the system status and activities of the intelligence services of the Czech Republic, which is in basically still valid. |
