| Description | This document is intende to be used as a basic technical documentation and manual for the device for continuous treatment of flexible substrates by plasma generated at atmospheric pressure in various gaseous atmospheres. The device was designed particularly for the application of reducing gases (Ar, H2 and mixtures of H2 and inert gases) utilization of a diffuse coplanar surface barrier discharge as a plasma source. |
