Description | The paper deals with the problem of human tissue export, specifically the possibility of using the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods ("CISG") on human tissue export in the world. We will focus on the question whether human tissue can be treated as goods under the CISG and whether the international export of goods can be seen as sale under the CISG as that are the main questions when deciding whether the usage of the CISG is possible in the case. Firstly, we will deal with the conditions on goods and the definition of sale under the CISG. Then we will deal with the specific nature of the human tissue in order to conclude the possibility of using the CISG definition of goods and sale for human tissue. |
