| Description | The publication reflects the increasing requirements on the quality of the provided health services. This is the first publication of its kind on the territory of the Czech Republic, which describes in a comprehensible manner the methodological instructions for identification of risks in the provision of health services, prevention of adverse events (AE), their recognition, classification, monitoring and uniform reporting. The publication is intended for professionals in quality management in healthcare and social care services. Especially for line management, doctors, non-medical healthcare professionals, educators and teachers and medical students who encounter adverse events in practice / study.
