| Description | The contribution deals with the constitutional issues during the period of the establishment of undemocratic reign after the Munich Agreement. The provision of Permanent Committee on the dissolution of the mandates of some members of the National Assembly is analyzed with its impact on the parliamentary quorum. Then the attention is paid on fundamental regulations which tended to changes in the constitutional system as well as on the proposal of the constitution and state-law aspects of the break-up of the Second Republic. |
