| Description | This chapter treats with the public prosecutor's role in the criminal proceedings. It starts with introductory remarks on models of organization of public prosecution in general, followed with presentation of current organization of Public prosecutor's office and the relations within it. Then it proceeds to clarification the position and competences of public prosecutor in criminal proceedings and principles (especially the principle of changeable public interest) it is based upon in general, which is consequently elaborated on by more detailed treatise on the specific role of public prosecutor in individual stages and phases of criminal proceedings. |
