| Description | This chapter deals with introduction of individual means of evidence in criminal proceedings and their detailed presentation. These include interrogation (i.a.) of the defendant and of witness, expert evidence and professional opinion, examination of a body, corpse, thing or location, examination of mental state, material evidence and documentary evidence. After giving treatise on means of evidence in general, it proceeds to explain the special modes of evidence, which are confrontation, recognition, investigative experiment, reconstruction and field inspection. |
