• Description: Employment rate of people with disabilities remains low despite the overall low unemployment rate. To enhance opportunities of people with disabilities at the labour market, we researched experience and attitudes of employers to employees with disabilities. Based on the outcomes of in-depth interviews, we present the main facilitators and barriers in the process.
