| Description | 890/5000 The aim of the paper was to acquaint the nurses with the opinions of students on the practice in the surgical department. The students evaluated the factors influencing satisfaction / dissatisfaction in individual surgical workplaces. A total of 63 evaluated workplaces were processed. The results revealed that 83% of students prefer block teaching, which should be conducted in a combination of departmental teachers and mentors (78%). Almost 40% of the students stated that during the practice under the guidance of a mentor they work in a working system of work. Students evaluated enough professional work in the workplace and a team in the nursing unit as factors that influence their satisfaction during clinical practice. We believe that the information obtained will improve the practical training of students during their clinical practice and will be useful in the preparation of mentors for the clinical teaching of students. |
