| Description | In administrative judiciary there are situations where it may not be clear which type of action in administrative justice to use in defense against specific administrative act. The fact that there are potentially undesirable consequences for the plaintiffs and the administrative courts for these unclear situations may be a reason to pay more attention to the issue of the boundaries between the types of administrative actions governed by the Code of Administrative Procedure. |
