Description | Even though the Czech Civil Code describes marriage as a permanent bond of man and woman, allows its cancellation during the life of spouses. Everyone has the right to change a decision made earlier, but his right is limited by the right of the other person to strive to preserve values, family ties and family life in general. Therefore, the Civil Code, in connection with the previous legislation, also contains a so-called difficult divorce, ie a divorce with a so-called hardness clause. The question is, whether the time has come to re-evaluate this concept in the light of European tendencies towards the liberalization of divorce law. |
