| Description | Professor Vladimír Týč is a person with a huge professional scope - even though at present most of us associate him with international (public) law, EU law or intellectual property law, he has also devoted himself to private international law. Therefore, with my contribution I try to point out his work concerning private international law, which I got acquainted with during my own academic research in this area. Therefore, I analyze the boundary determinants of the lex loci delicti commissi and lex loci damni infecti, the historical development in their use - which is a topic that Professor Týč has also dealt with, and I supplement this view with the issue of safety rules and order public. |
