The publication “Play and Methodology in Children’s Gymnastics” contains a general description of gymnastic events, technique of execution, methodological procedure, assistance and aid, mistakes and variants of execution. Accompanying games, motivation and activities render the training of the particular gymnastic exercises more enjoyable for both the learners and the teachers. In the chapter “Obstacle courses” we can find inspiration for the practical use of gymnastic exercises and equipment in P. E. classes. The multimedia textbook provides basic information on the execution of gymnastic exercises, supplemented with photographs and video recordings. |
