| Description | This volume examines the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU (Charter) from the perspective of judicial interaction. In particular, the book analyses how judicial interaction has contributed to the application of the Charter at EU level, its vertical impact at the domestic level, as well as its interaction with other international and European legal systems.
