| Description | The text has been briefly focused on definition of dependent work, its definition characters and conditions, under which the dependent work shall be performed. The dissimulation of performance of dependent work has been also mentioned shortly, relating to a certain extent to criticism of the sole definition of dependent work, as well as possible solution of this undesirable phenomenon inspired by the Spanish legal regulation. |
