| Description | The article aims to extend the scope of the article on the Intercultural Development Inventory®, version 3 (Zerzová, 2016b) that introduced it as a statistically reliable, cross-culturally valid psychometric assessment tool of an individual’s or group’s intercultural competence. Once completed, the IDI generates an individual (or group) graphic profile of the respondent’s overall position on the Intercultural development continuum®, as well as the individual (or group) Intercultural Development Plan (IDP). The aim of this article is to introduce what the IDP has to offer to both the researcher and respondent using the IDP of the very same student so that the first article (Zerzová, 2016) may be used for reference. However, the focus is on her results from the last year of her studies, not the first year, which the first article focused on. |
