Description | The present paper is dedicated to transfer of rights and duties arising from labour relations as a result of transfer of an employer. It analyses fundamental principle of transfer of rights and duties arising from labour relations and labour relations subjected to transfer from one employer (transferor) to another employer (transferee). Particular attention is paid to an employees' right to information before the effective date of transfer of rights and duties arising from labour relations. Protection of employees in relation to termination of an employment relationship as a result of substantial deterioration of working conditions in connection with transfer of right and duties arising from labour relations and the right of an employee to give the notice before the transfer without two-month notice period are examined as well. |
