| Description | The lecture dealt with an overview of basic concepts in English intonation, i.e. nuclear tones, their usage and functions. It provided concrete examples of individual tones and pointed out some basic differences between English and other languages. The lecture took place via Zoom and was watched by some 80 bachelor students, their teacher and the head of English department. |
