| Description | This article examines selected problematic aspects ofthe contemporary regulation ofamortization ofdocuments, describes their practical effects and suggests possible solutions. The authors mainly focus onthe impact ofthe transfer ofthe proceeding’sregulation tothe Act onSpecial Judicial Proceedings onthe character ofthe proceeding and usability ofcertain institutes typical for contradictory proceedings. The authors further focus onthe participants ofthe proceeding, requirements imposed onthe amortized documents and practical impacts ofthe final ruling act. |
