Description A legal entity is not a entity endowed with the ability to act legally independently (act direct-ly), therefore each of its legal actions has to be done by another entity (a legal entity always acts indirectly), either directly by a natural person or by a legal entity for whom a natural person acts again. Given that criminal proceeding can be brought against both natural person and legal entity and is usually conducted against a natural person acting on behalf of a legal entity, it is understandable that this natural person cannot act on behalf of a legal entity in a given criminal proceedings. This raises the question of how to solve this problem.
