| Description | The aim of this contribution is the analysis of the issue of the principle of subsidiarity of criminal repression, which is projected into the area of punishment. As part of this, I would like to explain the reasons why he should albeit an unconditional custodial sentence in my opinion justly considered means of ultima ratio. |
