| Description | The paper deals with possible next act of current lively discussed Czech dispute on the legal nature of the medical certificate of employees health capacity for work, issued by provider of the occupational health services, and the decision of administrative body by which these certificates are reviewed. This another act begins with an amendment to the Act on Specific Health Services, effective as of 1 November 2017, bringing another change in the field of the legal regime of review procedure. |
