| Description | The author of the text moves the considerations on subsuming erotic services below the performance of dependent work within the meaning of Section 2 Paragraph 1 of the Labour Code. It seeks to answer the question concerning illnesses of people working in sex business, either in the sphere of prostitution or porn industry, and the possibility to classify this term under the terms of the Labour Code, namely occupational disease. For this reason, it analyses this legal term and at the end of the text, gives a clear answer to the question posed and formulates the legislator and numerous conceptual recommendations de lege ferenda. The author expresses a legal opinion on the possibility to qualify venereal diseases as occupational diseases according to the current state of the Czech law |
