| Description | The paper presents the results of a thematic analysis of 81 decisions on admissibility of admission to a medical institution (hereinafter referred to as the decision). Decisions are examined in relation to the case-law of the supreme courts and it is assessed to what extent they will withstand the requirements of the case-law. By means of thematic analysis, the author concretises the abstract concept of threat presented by law. The paper also examines whether there is a conflict between the requirement for a detailed statement of reasons for the decision and the protection of the privacy of the detained patient. |
