| Description | This chapter focuses on the specifics of the application of the principles of protection of the agricultural land fund and the continuity of the processes of spatial planning and decision-making concerning withdrawal of the land from the agricultural land fund for the purpose of locating the building. It considers to which extent it is possible to reverse the use of agricultural land for construction purposes envisaged in spatial planning documentation. The aim of the author is to reflect the efforts that are appearing more and more often in practice: To prevent further transformations of huge areas into production plants, large warehouses or residential living. |
