| Description | This article deals with the penalty of banishment and possibility of extermination of this punishment imposed for an indefinite period, namely from the view of the topical decision of the Constitutional Court III ÚS 3628/18 from 12 03 2019. The author focuses also on the conditions for imposing such a strict form of banishment and on its impact on the future life of a convict in connection with some problems of extermination of conviction. |
