Description | Life-threatening bleeding (hereinafter referred to as ZOK) is generally a condition in which blood loss is massive and rapid or the localization of bleeding directly endangers the patient's life (eg cerebral hemorrhage, bleeding into the pericardium, etc.). It is always a condition requiring a set of prompt therapeutic interventions aimed at identifying and treating the source of the bleeding, replacing blood loss, promoting coagulation and possibly replacing organ functions. |
