| Description | Consise lecture follows the mock judicial proceedings prepared by the employees and students of Law Faculty of Masaryk University. You will get to know why the question of civil liability is more important nowadays than the question of criminal liability. That the robots are not necessarily humanoids and are not a future technology. Rather they exist already in your pocket (cell phone), in your backpack (laptop) or on your wrist (smart watch). We will also discuss why the question of liability is the one, of all the challenges, that has the most attention from lawyer's perspective. |
