| Description | The paper is focused on the theme of protection of family household against handling family house or flat, in which is family household situated, by provision article 747 of the Civil Code. Paper analyses the provision itself and its place in Czech law system. This paper point out importance of this provision, defines its conditions of application and challenges the restrictive interpretation of its application, regarding especially of subsidiary use and its conflict with bona fide of third parties. |
