| Description | The present paper reflects working conditions on home office. It highlights, in particular, the fact that according to legal regulation in force the employer has no competence to order his employees the performance the work on home office and the employee has no right to require his employer to enable him the performance of such work. Moreover, it analyses some questionable aspects of home office using the information and communication technologies. |
