| Description | An ongoing legal dispute between parties may be resolved through a conciliation settlement reached during the court proceedings. This disposition act resulting in a writ of execution is related to the activity of the parties but it does not have to be denied to a third party who enters the dispute as an intervener. The topic of this article will be the analysis of the conciliate settlement of the dispute according to the position of the third party intervening in the proceedings with regards to the scholarly views held in Austrian jurisprudence. |
