| Description | This article aims to assess the consequences of the bankruptcy of such collective investment undertakings and to point out whether this new legislation is appropriate, well-designed and, in fact, necessary. We will also try to analyze the risks that can lead to the bankruptcy of these entities and the context of their bankruptcy. |
