| Description | Our current research task focuses on the process of national implementation of the Consumer Rights Directive and especially on how different Member States have made use of the discretion the directive offers for own policy choices. In the last 6 months, we have conducted an in-depth analysis of legislative documents at EU- and member state-level transposing the directive. At this stage, we would like to share our findings with experts who could provide us with helpful feedback, e.g., on some overlooked problems, main issues with transposition of the directive at given jurisdiction and practical problems with directive’s implementation. |
