Description | The conception of the social policy of the city of Brno until 2030 is a conceptual material that tries to systematically connect all strategic documents used by the current social policy of the city of Brno. Its goal is to propose specific strategic goals and priorities based on an analysis of the current needs of the various residents of Brno, the expected development of these needs in the next decade, and proposals for solving these needs through existing strategic documents. Their achievement should ensure the optimal functioning of a complex system of social policy within a ten-year horizon, which will be able to immediately and flexibly solve the diverse social needs, problems, and situations of all residents of the Brno metropolitan area. The complexity of the proposed social policy system of the city of Brno should be ensured by the fact that the offered social assistance, social services, and the performance of social work will also cover partial areas of social policy. In this material, in addition to social work and social services, housing, education, employment, family, health, and safety are considered. The content of this document is the concept of the social policy of the city of Brno in a ten-year horizon, compiled on the basis of an analysis of the development and needs and trends of assistance toward various target groups occurring in the territory of the city of Brno, an analysis of the currently used strategic documents and a proposal for solving problems in partial areas of social policy. The concept focuses mainly on the performance of social work and the provision of social services, which are reflected in the areas of social policy mentioned above. |
