| Description | This chapter deals with the question of deferral and suspension of serving a prison sentence for reasons of the pregnancy and a care on new-born baby up to one year of his/her age, with connection to an amendment of Criminal Procedure Code and other Laws effective since October, 1, 2020 in that the compulsory decision is changed in some cases to an obtional decision of the judge and also in some historical context. |
