Description | The clinical picture of acute coronary syndromes (ACS) is diverse. The leading symptom that initiates the diagnostic and therapeutic cascade in patients with suspicion on AKS, acute chest discomfort is described as pain, pressure, tension or burning. Equivalents of chest pain may include shortness of breath, epigastric pain, and left pain arm. |
