| Description | The paper inquires about the possible role od private law to become the integral part of the process of essential changes of the human society. Author considers the relatively broad potential of private law to contribute to the further development of (not only Czech) society towards the achievement of both social and environmental dimension of society, in other words, towards the responsible society. Subsequently, author considers, how the diferents parts of the structure of the private law can contribute to the achievement of this goals. |
